CVARR Resiliency Campaign

Community organizations came together under the name Central Virginia Addiction and Recovery Resources, CVARR, in 2018. The story of substance use in Central Virginia and across the state, however, spans many decades. In 2016, Virginia’s Health Commissioner declared the opioid crisis a public health emergency in Virginia, and Central Virginia hasn’t been spared this burden. In response to the challenge substance use posed for Central Virginia, community leaders, stakeholders, and coalitions, CVARR members joined forces to brainstorm a collective response to the burden.

mpiTOO developed this PSA to support the work of the organization's Resiliency efforts.
